管理咨詢部門財務(wù)管理咨詢團隊
職位名稱：財務(wù)管理咨詢實習(xí)生
實習(xí)時間：至少2-3個月，每周4-5天全勤，有事可提前請假。
工作地點：北京為主，視項目情況可能偶爾需要出差。
工作內(nèi)容：
（1）參與大型央企、500強企業(yè)、上市公司的財務(wù)管理咨詢項目，主要涉及財務(wù)共享、會計標準化、資金管理、預(yù)算管理、管理會計、財務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型等方面咨詢工作；
（2）協(xié)助項目組整理客戶需求、進行調(diào)研訪談及會議紀要等；
（3）在團隊成員的指導(dǎo)下參與工作底稿梳理、PPT制作等核心工作。
實習(xí)要求：
（1）研二或大三、大四在讀，管理科目與工程、信息工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
（2）熟悉主流數(shù)據(jù)庫（Oracle，SQL，Serve）、操作系統(tǒng)（Windows，Linux）、程序開發(fā)語言（Java，C#）優(yōu)先；
（3）開朗大方，善于溝通，具備較強的表達能力；
（4）擁有強烈的責(zé)任心，較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力，工作認真負責(zé)，執(zhí)行能力強；
（5）致力于在咨詢行業(yè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域長期發(fā)展，具有高度的工作積極性。

Job Title: Intern of Financial Management Consulting
Internship time: at least 2-3 months, 4-5 days a week, asking for leave in advance.
Location: Beijing, occasional business trip may be required depending on the project.
Job contents:
(1) Participating in financial management consulting projects of large-scale central enterprises, top 500 enterprises and listed companies, mainly involving FSSC, Accounting standardization, Fund management, Budget management, Management accounting, Financial transformation, etc.
(2) Assisting the project team in sorting out customer needs, conducting research interviews and making meeting summary, etc.
(3) Participating in the core work of drafting and PPT production under the guidance of team members.
Internship requirements:
(1)Graduate student in grade two / junior /senior, major in accounting, auditing,
financial management, finance, etc.
(2) Familiar with main database (Oracle, SQL, Serve), operating system (Windows, Linux), programming language (Java, C #) is preferred;;
(3) Open-minded, teamwork spirit, with strong expression ability;
(4) Having a strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, working conscientiously and responsibly, and strong executive ability;
(5) Committed to long-term development in the professional field of consulting industry, with a high degree of working enthusiasm;
